Default Multiple axle failures...

I have a swb tf2. The drivers front axle keeps breaking in the hub. I had hours of run time and now within 2 hrs I have two of the same failures and the second time it looks like the bearing failed. Anyone run into this before. I can't think of anything I would have changed to have this problem.

Ouch. Bent axle housing? Site through it with both knukcles and axles removed. Loose, sloppy worn out knuckle bearings?

too much steering.

You should helicoil the knuckle mounts too.

And buy some XVDs.

That's what I was wondering. I did get some clicking at full lock. This didn't happen when I was running rc4wd mud thrashers but it happened on both tsl boggers and proline super swampers

More grip, bigger tires.

Even 1/1 jeeps have that issue.

As previously stated, check the endpoints on your steering. Over steering will blow dogbones apart in a hurry. All of the force gets put on the very end of the cup where it is weakest and this is one result.
