Question Tailgate or Bumper Mounted Spare

Anyone running a spare wheel hanging off the back end of a TF2? (Ideally on a Mojave, Hilux, or other pickup.)

I'm putting the finishing touches on my LWB kit (post with pictures forthcoming) and looking for ideas.

I seen the Rampage bumper, but it sits the spare so high up and away from the body. There's a better looking one for the Gelande - would that be a direct mount to the TF2?

Think I might end up getting a cheap, fixed mount so I can put the spare exactly where I want on the tailgate for weight distribution. Then again, I'd rather not have to drill holes into the body.
