Building the TF 2 and ran into a few problems! The hardware bags are mislabled, the output shaft on the transmission was bent and the hole was drilled to big that the drive shaft pin would go all the way through! The Transmission mount was stripped, so I had to use two button head screws from the inside of the frame rails! The Gelande kit went together flawlessly...I wish I could say the same for this kit!

Almost sounds like a returned/parts kit.

You should send an email to RC4WD documenting the issues. They're very good about standing behind their products.

It's no big deal! I have built numerous kits and they all have their issues one way or another! Thats how we learn to improvise!

Took advantage of the nice weather and sprayed some Tamiya primer on the Gelande Landcruiser body! Think I'm gonna go with the Tamiya Dark yellow with white roof!
