Default TF2 motor drop. How to and does it actually do anything?

Does the motor drop actually make a difference?

Been thinking about doing this too, but didn’t like the steering draglink problem that it creates and was wondering if it really helps much. Excellent how to and before and after comparing, thanks!!

Lowers your weight of the motor. Makes a huge difference!

I did this before and it really works but I reverted back to the original configuration for the convenience of switching components around.

Based on my experience, the trailfinder 2 is not built for moderate to hard rock crawling. I feel like it is more for the scale aspect of the hobby.
