Default RC4wd 2-speed transmission in a Gelande 2

Has anyone been able to put the two speed into the Gelande 2 chassis? I am having an issue with the gear clearing the notch in the frame and I need to figure out the drive shaft options as it is much closer to the transfer case. Any guidance would be appreciated .

Assuming you mean the spur gear clearing the frame? SWB, LWB? Stock iir 56T spur is very close to the frame rail, but clears. Pictures?

It is the cruiser so I think standard length. You're right its close but does clear.

Any ideas for the link between trans and transfer case ? I can't make my own don't have that ability.

So if anyone decides to do this I found a coupling that works well, here is the link

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It doesn;t line up to the shaft holes but it has set screws that keep it snug. Now I need to dump the plastic driveshafts next.

Cruiser is SWB short wheelbase. Nice find on world shortest shaft.

LockedUpRC Devilrc steel driveshafts, haven’t tried them but LURC ime usually good quality and service.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to mount the micro servo. The horns on the ones I have don't large enough holes for machine screws
