A = 168.55 mm or 6.64"
B = 123.50 mm or 4.86" or 4 55/64"
C = 8 mm or .31" or 5/16"
D = 26.25 mm or 1.03" or 1 1/32"

* Angle of "D" = approx 25 degree
* Thickness = 3.19 mm or 1/8"

Here is the first revision of the mount and bumper. Will tweak some once I print the first prototype.

This is the back side that'll mount to the mounting bracket with 3 2mm screws.

I added some height and thickness, and put a little more of an angle on the sides.
Will see what happens when I print one tomorrow.

And fwiw I talked to HH to convey my concerns about the Crawlmaster 550 15t and factory 14/ 64 is going to be too much motor but Jordan still says that he thinks it's a good choice. I haven't run the rig yet cause it's so damn hot but I hope he's right. I may have to just break down and run it in the house since I'm really itching to try it out but in the past, running rigs indoors has led to some... um... problems that have resulted in damage to sheet-rock and furniture. Plus I hate when hair and lint gets wrapped around axles and things.

Yea that'll happen trying to run that indoors.

Can you back down your throttle EPA on the Tx you have? If so I'd start at 50% and work up from there. That'll probably get you close to the 27T I have. I feel like any more than that is asking for trouble, but I'd run a 15T just for the hell of it

So I printed the first bumper and it needed some tweaking and a little more; detail I guess you could say.
I moved the mounting point down a little to bring it closer to the grille and to leave a little more room for approach angle with the axle flip. Also added a taper to the edges.
The second revision is the blue one.

I still haven't looked at the tx to see if I have the option to roll it down. I'll check at some point though.

Bumper looks great. I'm definitely envious of that chamfered edge.

I'll say I def like yours more. It's just easier for me to design and print one

Hopefully it'll look good in Plastidip. I wanted to do chrome paint on it, but it just doesn't fit my TF2 with chrome cause I don't have any lol

Yep... The only chrome that I like on an older Toyota or really any make/ model is whatever trim package from the factory.

By the way- This one off bumper looked a little bland since its just flat stock. But when I added the license plate, tow-hook mounts/ tow hooks, and a couple bolt-heads... it helped to make it pop more aesthetically.

I agree. Everything you've added fits really well and makes it look much less bland.

I fear mine will be bland as well until I figure out how I am going to weather/finish it.

Well here it is!

Messed up the Plastidip trying to cover up some gaps in the print lines, but that's perfectly fine as nothing is supposed to be perfect on this truck, so it fits the theme!





Approach angle is greatly increased compared to the organic bumper

Looks great! I left a few comments over on your thread. Really nice job. And the fact that you didn't have to use a Dremel to cut through 1/8" bar stock means that you probably inhaled much less particulate contaminants lol.

I'm sure the PETG dust from sanding wasn't much better
