| Marlin Style Door Chop
I see quite a few TF2's running around with their doors cut down like Marlin has in his 1 to 1 rig. I don't plan to go that route on my TF2 at this point but, it got me thinking. Is someone out there making a kit for that? Or are that many people really cutting, sanding, filling, and crafting out of styrene to make that happen? |

There is a company that makes a cutout insert with the bar, that you just glue in place then paint. I can’t find it now or I would add the link.

Ok that makes more sense. We have some local guys running rigs with that cutout and bar and It struck me as odd because they are not diy type folks. If you find it, I'd be curious to see it, if not no worries. Thank you! | |

Styrene is pretty easy to work with and if you mess it up, just use acetone and glue in a new piece to cut again. IIRC Imthatguy did this on his TF2 build...because comp or similar thread title. |
