Tf2 swb with traxxas battery tray Hey guys. I had the battery tray from my trx4 laying around wanted to try and fit it to the tf2. I wanted to centralize the weight down the middle. It fit right between the rails like a glove. I ended up using a piece of flat aluminum I got from home depot and mounted it up behind the transmission using the existing holes in the chassis. Re: Tf2 swb with traxxas battery tray Looks like nice clean job, but you'll probably get better performance with a smaller lipo mounted even lower and more forward ime. :) |
Re: Tf2 swb with traxxas battery tray It did raise the cg but it did help it from not being as tippy going over obstacles and descending down hill. |
