Default Question about body transparency

I ordered a Marlin Crawler the other day, should be here Tuesday, I'm super stoked! I have noticed in every picture or video I've seen, especially those with lights installed, the body is very transparent. Looks horrible IMO. Are any of you guys painting the inside of it black? Or am I the only one that is bothered by it?

Yes I painted the inside of my red tf2 flat black. It helped a lot and made the red look red and not pink. But I’m color blind 😂👍🏻But yes it helps

Yeah, it bothered me too! To me it made the body look terrible. I went a step farther than painting the inside and also painted the outside. It got rid of the red glow!
