Default TF2 suspension question

Hey guys, new here and new to TF2. Just picked up the new 4Runner Limited RTR which is fantastic but would like to "soften up" the suspension a bit. I;m not up to speed with leaf suspension trucks. What's the best way to accomplish that?
Thanks

Drive it, the springs needed to break in. I would remove the springs inside the shocks.
