|  Delayed Emails and shipping... Half of our team at our main office here in San Jose got pretty sick last week, so we are quite behind with emails and some backorder shipping. We hope to catch up next few days. if you have an emails with us that you didnt get a reply, please send another one by tomorrow night. Also check your spam folder, make sure its not there. If you using our online support form to contact us, make sure double check your email address, we still get at least 1 or 2 emails everyday that are not correct, so there is no way we can respond to your email. Also a reminder, best way to catch us via email. We dont check PM that often. We expect to hire a couple of people within 1-2 months to improve our customer service, shipping, website, quality control and production time areas. And we will be making a lots of changes to our entire business next few months, as we hope to gain more dealers and focus more on the manufacturing side. |

| Hey, just wanted to check and see if you recieved my email regarding availability of the yellow landy tires, it didn't show where it went through ok like it usually does. I was checking to see if there are any sets left, need 1 and if you have any odd sets laying around a 5 wheel set would be nice, if not no problem. Thanks guys. |

| Thanks for the great Service ordered some parts for my ax -10 on Monday and received them today (WED) Though I dont have my AX-10 yet, still waiting for it to arrive from another vender, which was ordered a week ago and told it has been shipped twice on two different days. Just wanted to let you guys know, that your customer service and fast shipping is greatly appreciated. thanks again |

| Good to hear This is great news, You guys have awesome products and i was looking forward to building a bruiser using your chassis and axel's but with 2 messed up clod wheel orders my faith has been shaken. The quality of the incorrect parts i have been shipped has been terrific and it makes it all the more fustrating that i cannot finsh my build yet. I am still holding out hope that you can get my first order refunded and my second order correctly shipped. Hearing that you know there is an issue gives me a little more hope that the correct wheels may show up in my mailbox someday. Keeping my fingers crossed..... |

| are you guys still behind? i'm just wondering because my 90MM scale shocks have been on backorder for about a month but for the last week you website says they are in stock. sorry if i'm bugging you but i am really looking forward to those shocks! |
