We made a mistake in the mold making process, you can see the mistake from above. We will try to fix it, hopefully we can have a sample to ship out late next week.

We made 4 tires so far, none of them fit 1.9 wheels well, they just early stage prototype, we probably just toss them away once the new one comes out

thanks for the update, get to work on those new molds!, The Scale Nationals is in like 4 weeks and my build depends on these (the proper mold/tire)

they are almost identical to mashers with more lugs, I thought that when I first modeled them

So this issue lies in the bead, aswell as the slit arrangment?

also appears to be not enough lugs/ too wide of spacing compared to your rendering(standing up version)

26 instead of 34... It does detract from the looks a bit, performance gains I guess?

I know it can be hard interpreting things like proportions and shape, but surely it isnt to much to ask to get the right number of lugs etc...
At least they are going to get the mold remade. It just seems like a waste of resources to me doing things twice.

Please don't make them with that wide space between the lugs ... it destroys the scale look of these tires. Don't forget about the concept to make these for us scale guys. So scale look first, performance second please ...

Uh now where I see those prototypes, please dont make the lugs that big! The previews looked great, but with this 26 instead of 35 they look totally different.
Are there any news about the tires?

Ya what they all said. A couple more lugs and make the lugs a little thinner, but they do still look awesome! Thanks rc4wd, I hope you guys don't ever feel unappreciated!

We plan to go ahead and make these type as it looks, only change will be the slot in the middle. This one will be available by end of the week That way we can send out some of those guys who need it this urgently for now. We will still make 34 lugs version within 2-3 weeks.

How do you decide who gets what version? Do people who have pre-ordered need to contact you to ensure their order waits for the 34 lug version?

Personally, I'm in no hurry and would prefer the 34 lugs version if they are in fact going to be made.

Any news on these?

Your site says they are sold out now, while I ordered mine almost two months ago and haven't seen them yet.

Because of the mistake we made, we had to start all over again, we are waiting for the mold to be done.

We probably 3-4 weeks to go until we can start shipping, not include any protential delay in testing period.

Sorry guys, for anybody who cant wait, please contact us for refund.
