Default Lexan Body?

We plan to start making our own lexan bodies. We do need some help in design a truck body, scale or crawler. If you got the skill, please get in contact with us by email.

That's cool that you are going to make them but if you do PLEASE make sure you keep in mind a good wheel base for a scaler (10.5"-12") and that a 4.25" 1.9 tire will fit perfectly not only in the opening but in the width of the body

Agree on the Xj ! We could use another Comp body with a rounded roof for better rollovers

how about an AMC M422A1 Mighty Mite? 76" wheelbase as far as I remember, track width of a mini cooper, and they look really neat. shouldn't be that hard to make one that looks like it has a ragtop, or do a semi-scale interior that is held onto the body with servo tape re-inforced with button-head screws (hey, it's a military rig, button head screws would be relatively scale!). should be pretty simple to do. just make it so that the driver from a wild willy would be scale in it and include one of those with each body

To be honest the XJ will bring in some money quick...so it might be a best first choice to help bring in revenues.

I'd personally love to see simple trucks with a freaking drop bed!

I vote samarai, 80s dodge pickup or ramcharger, kaiser 6x6 body (possibly for your rockwell axles?), or a umimog

4runner , I have had people offer me 150-200$ for my *used* ones, and i paid 200$ for this NIB one.

also an 85 Toyota pick up body would be cool

Jeep Js are also high in demand

But they would need to be in a 1/8 to 1/10 scale...this one I have is is closer to 12th scale

xj - so like Stefans, just bigger and from lexan?

I had a look around and founnd these two threads:
1985/86 Toyota Bodies 4runner or truck?
New body petition. Please read and vote

looks like a lot of support for a j-10.

keep up the suggestions, I guess it would make sense to make a poll here once its clear what we're chosing from?
