That shines a whole new light on these bad lads!!!

If they are hey same compound as the 2.2 x-locks then they definaely need side wall support.

The New Compound is good. They don't need Luck. Special if they are for Supers... I'll be getting a Set for My Super...

I am working on that. I figure 7.25 would be best.

What are your thoughts?

X2 Great Size.... I'd like to see some new 40's Plastic Beadlocks with Alumn Hex's. With that said.... Narrowed XTM Sized Beadlocks is what we need.

I think a little taller than Moab Xl's...but not to crazy...I think you were on the right track with 7.25"...Definetly put some sidewall ribs for support in them though....thats gonna be alot of sidewall and without it these things will just fold.

Hope they are better than all the other tires RC4WD has shat out into the market... Every pair I've owned has looked real cool and very detailed but sucked for rockcrawling IMO ....

Well IMO all there other tires were made for Scale tires. Which they Nailed. They tired one Comp tire with a Softer compound......Which failed, BUT

These Tires are an even newer Compound which they nailed it this time. The Compound is better then the XL's thats for sure. So far testing has shown them hanging with Losi's and Panthers. Which is good enough for me.
