Click the image to open in full size. Click the image to open in full size. HC RC Guy is the creative engineer behind this project. The goal is create a very cool looking, comp ready adjustable weighted beadlock wheel.

As you can see you can adjust the weight be removing or adding those internal steel rings.

The skull idea is just one weight holder. There are other shapes intended. The cover should be able to be removed without the use of tools, that way if you want to quickly switch the weight configuration without affecting the tires. I'll post up a few more images when I get a chance.

how about this one....the shapes are endless. What would people like to see?

This one was "inspired" from the movie Krull...movie was bad, but the spinning slicer was cool.

this should clear up a few questions...I'm still tweaking it hear and there, but this gets the concept across.

what about a solid disk for the retainer thing? maybe put a couple finger dimples in it so you can spin it loose.

sloppy, that was my first choice, and still may be an option. I made one that resembles a lockout hub. It looks really plain, and I'm not sure if you can enough finger grip on it. Also had one called the meat grinder, but didn't like the look.

Mike is excited about this one, but still this will take time. You know they have a ton of projects in the works, so you can only do so much.

More teaser CAD....man, I gotta change the skull color....

What if you make the skull or the slicer the part that screws into the axel's instead of have the nut.

The idea is cool and would make weight adjustment quick and easy
