Thumbs up

Hey Guys I.m new here but I have been working with RC4WD on the baja side of things here is a review of those bad a$$ rims.

Review and Test of the RC4WD Pure Chaser Rims for the 5T:

Weights:

Chasers:
Rear Rim 325 grams
Front Rim 305 grams
Bead-Lock 55 grams

First Look:
All I can say is wow they look so much better in person. The rims and Bead-locks are very beefy. The detail work on these rims are very nicely done.

The Bead-locks

Assembly:
They went together very well, no problems at all. I recommend using blue lock-tite on all the screws, to make sure that they don’t back out.
All mounted up on the 5T:

Testing:
I tested these at the Wakefield BMX track lots of big jumps and high speeds.
Here are some pictures:
This is after one tank (it was muddy on the track)

Conclusion:
I really like the way these look , but they are on the heavy side . After 4 tanks or so they are not bent at all the only damage that these rims have are a couple of scratches/gouges ,but on Bead-lock has a big dent (must have landed on a rock or something).

I hope that you enjoyed the review ,if you have any question please feel free to ask.

The best thing to do is contact Mark at TGN. He may be able to help you out on the 4 fronts.

As for Black, no plans at the moment, but I am sure a freindly guy like you could find someone to help you with that.
