had to have a set of these. So here they are . Just got them from the mail man 15 min ago.

The wheels weight in at 261 oz
The weights are 146oz
The wheel and holder is 115oz

I mounted these on the X-Lock's. They look great in person. The finish is very nice. I really like the front beadlock ring design. I had no issue at all mounting the tire to the wheel. Went on like butta.

Here are the weights. They slide out very easy. There are many combination to get the right weight.

You can see the retaining ring groove to hold the skull in. Its a very tight fit. I could barely get it off.

Here shows the o-ring on the skull for holding. These will wear over time, but they are easy to replace and you can find o-rings at any hardware store.

Pics mounted tomorrow.;)

Hey RC 4WD..... An earlier post on these wheels said that if we wanted we could get these with the Krull center piece instead of the skull. Is that still applicable?

I assumed/read that as well. That may be a recommendation I make after testing. Well see I guess.

That was my original design because I feared the weight of the rings would push off any retainer during a tumble. The o-ring was to keep the threads from backing out. RC4wd simplified the design and used the o-ring to hold the retainer in place instead. Since they're making them, they have the final call. I'm told it holds very well. We shall see!!

Racer.....feel like dropping your rig for some nice tumbles??
