Default Support Information

Just a reminder for those who are trying to contact us. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us via email: rcrock(at)gmail.com

Make sure you have your order # or eBay # when you contact us. If you dont have it anymore, please include your last name. So we can do a search for you.

We do not offer phone support nor placing order right now. If things change, I will update here.

Please dont not use PM if you can, we do check PM, just not daily. By using email, we can keep a record easier.

We did add a new employee now, she will be checking this forum on a daily basis. (Monday to Thursday and Sunday). To ensure we will respond to post within 1 day. We signed a 1 year contract with her, so she will be permanent, as we train her on support our customers.

In terms of inventory status, we have been trying hard to update our website on a daily basis. If anything is sold out, it will say sold out on it's product title. Dont not purchase anything that says sold out. We will have a lots of old products that we dont even plan to sell anymore, we have been removing them as we go, please be patient. If you order something that we cant ship within 2-3 days, we will refund you. And remove that product from our site or add sold out to it's title.

We still have a lots of backorder from the previous few month, we are processing them as we get those parts made. If you can wait, we will contact you as soon as we ship. If you cant wait, please email us to get a refund.

Feel free to contact us if you have anything that we can do, to take care of you. thanks

-Mike

rubicon20032003, we shipped 4x knuckles, 2 set of 303 drive shafts, 4x axle shaft same day we got your email.

That's more than what you broke.

I ask you for an order #, because that is the process how we send replacement for defective parts. We just need it to update our system, so it shows that we did send replacement parts.

I did seach for your order on our system, I couldn't find anything reference to your order. That's why I ask you by email.

If you have any other issues, please email me. thanks

Mike you are saying that if it says, "Sold Out" not to purchase the item. However if on the Bruiser Page the "Bruiser Sport Wheels w 4 adapters" do not say they are sold out. Are they available if so what styles do you have available?

Thanks

Eviltwin_52s, please go to our ebay store. We are selling a set right now for $99 with 4 adaptor. We are cleaning up our warehouse, so our new hire is doing all the ads. We have plenty of adaptor in stock for bruiser, both 12mm and 14mm. Wheel, we will discontinue all the one we have.

Some news about inventory:

We are removing pretty much all product that are hard to get and slow selling. To better manage our inventory and avoid sold out item, we will move all other companies products to a seperate website or our ebay store. This is a huge task, but hopefully it will be complete shortly.

We use to carry a lots of rare items, such as the Warn bumper for bruiser. We sell so few each year and sometimes it is not easy to get them right away. In front of our customer, we will look bad. Even those are great products. We will not sell them anymore.

We will continue make more cool stuff, so dont worry about that some of those items will be gone for ever. For example we use to sell the 3 speed tranny and transfer case. That is discontinued now and we will make our own 3 speed transmission and axle. I dont have an ETA yet, but one of our CAD guy is working on it already.

nightcrawler, I couldn't tell what email is yours. But I did PM you.

rc4x4nut, sorry that was sold already. It was just a one time deal, but check our ebay store, we are adding new discounted stuff everyday for the whole week. We might put more wheel onsale, but probably in 2 days. I do know we have at least 2-3 more sets that we want to get rite off, but style are different.

Offroader5, thanks. Our team is bigger than ever now. Shipping and updating inventory status will be faster as our new employee get more training.

Just an update about email, we got a lots of emails to read again. We hope to respond back to everybody by early tomorrow morning.

Just want to keep everybody updated. We had some problem with Gmail in the last 3-4 days, so we got really slow at responding emails.

We should clear all emails by noon today.
