We are taking pre-orders for the Tracgear TLT-1 already. In terms of transmission, we should have the prototype done next week, hopefully we can rush and get this out as fast as possible.

Mike,
You're killing me. All these great products are putting a strain on my wallet. Keep them coming. If you don't get it, my wife will.

Any idea on the size of this tranny? Might work in my scale project that I have started... I need something small and this would same me some work.

Since the prototype is not out yet, the specs might change. (But I will have a final specs by late next week, when the prototype is done)

45mm (1.77") x 20mm (0.78") x 70mm (2.75")

Also to avoid the shaft hitting the motor, the production version will have a longer shaft on the side where the motor is mounted.

Also we expect to start shipping steel Punisher Shaft for TLT-1, TXT-1, Custom Trucks, X-Factor late next week.

I think that will work for my truck... I would not need the shaft on the motor side though :-P So I will just be cutting the shaft off that side most likely.

Any chance of getting one of the prototypes with a shorter shaft, since I will not need the longer one?

Etype R, you sure? Maybe we can make the shaft half length. Our gaol is make one version fit all if possible. And I will check with our engineers tomorrow to see if they can make make two shaft, so people can swap them self.

GulaVW69, the TLT-1 stock one are not strong enough?

DISTURBIN' tha PEACE, it's $34.99 for one.

rockwerks, single speed.

We will ship the locker by Tuesday. For those who really want one, please place your order now. It might get sold out very quickly, next patch will take another 1 1/2 weeks to get done.

We will start taking pre-orders for the transmission next weekend (as soon as we post the prototype pics online), we expect to ship 2nd week of November. Price will be $69.99.

No the stock tlt is not strong enough if you were to use it on say a faster motor or non crawler application like a pre runner. How much of a price difference would there be?

Nice price on the Tranny. It's hard just getting a Pede, losi or stealth for that price off E-bay...I think I know what tranny I'm running next. So I'm guessing you don't have to run a Spur gear or anything?
