Sorry we missed this yestersday. I'm not sure what the problem is in communication but we have not receiveds any e-mails that I am aware of. You should try calling the shop if it worked for you the first time when you placed the order. Either way we will take care of you.
Thank you for getting in contact with me and making things right. I really appreciate it.
Thanks again,
Rob

Do i also need to make crazy threats to get a reply here?
Can i get any service on these AX10 lockers?
I now have 2 here out of 6 that we can't even use at all.
When the axle is installed on the ring gear side you can't finish assembly of the housing because of major binding. It's like the flats for the axle are not straight inside the locker,so the axle runs way out of round.

No you don't have to make crazy threats, Just try having some patients.
First be sure that the pinion bearing is pushed all the way in. If you still have a problem send the back and we will replace them, no charge.
I had the same problem when putting lockers in my SCX10 turns out that the pinion bearing was not pushed all the way in the housing.

yes the brgs. are in place, the gears and diff run smooth till the 2nd axle on the ring gear side attempts to be installed,it runs so far out of round you can't get the rear adapter on and if you can get it to seat all the way on the diff is unable to rotate.

Hmmm... This is the first we have heard of an issue like this.

I just built a test fixture and can not find any that are out more than a couple thousandths of an inch total run-out. 2 out of 6 means I should find bad ones easily. Is it possible that your axle is bent where it goes into the locker?

We will need to have the 2 that you are describing sent to us so we can check them.
