Hey guys, I got my R+Ps today and went to work on installing them. I got one in, and had a little issue sliding in one side of my CVDs, no big deal though. The second one simply wont mate to my CVD. It's the side that goes deeper into the ring gear. It won't even reach the splined. Im guessing it's the ring since it mated fine with my originals. Can this be remedied? |

Yeah, I always assemble the axle innards and then install them, I just couldn't get the CVD in. Didn't notice any obvious filings or flaws in the setup, tried briefly to slightly enlarge the hole, but to no avail, i'm guessing the hole is just slightly undersized based on when it starts to bind on the CVD. I'm going to take it to work tomorrow and try the reamer on it if I can, since I have a comp next Saturday and would like to run this setup. If I don't get anywhere, i'll send you a PM later this weekend.

| I the total for all the pieces to build 1 stock diff is $18.00 That's more that 1/2 the cost of the locker, not including the JB weld or your time to do it. Trust me when I tell you gears of any kind especially bevel gears like these are one of the more expensive parts to produce. Plus the teeth are deeper and it is quite a bit heavier than the stock diff right down low where you want it. Yes the $30 is for one locker. ;)

Quick question. When will the Ax10 tranny's and axle sets be available for sale? Everyone's saying November? Also...when will the optional parts be in stock? Thanks Tom |

| We will start receiving stock replacement parts tomorrow. Our option parts, (aluminum knuckles, C's , and battery mounts) hopefully late next week or the week after that. Waiting on word about the axle and tranny kits.
