Works even better. The pics don't do them justice. You have to actually see how much steering throw there is to appreciate them. Everyone watching the blue bug wheel yesterday was blown away.

And with some creativity more steering can be had than what you see in the pics.

I look's like in the pics the tie rod is hitting the axle, so if we cut a groove in the plastic it will turn even more! It also looks like your running the stock tie rod, I would have to ditch the revo one I run it is thick!

I'm going to buy them for the durability (obviously) but most importantly there will be ZERO backlash in the wheels/tires by using these. No more 1/4 turn before the tires start to rotate, I HATE that!!! Now we can throttle it and the power will instantly be transfered.

I'm not going to buy them for the increased steering lock angle. I already have all the steering I can get out of my rig. My tires already hit my lowers and the shocks... I have a 5' 5" turning radius right now with a 10.5" track width.

could you do a turning radius test?

Any plans for a straight axle for the rear?

Yeah we had to run the stock tierod because it is thin. And yes there is more steering to be had.

Yes there is less backlash which is nice. You will still have some in the rest of the drivetrain though.

The bone style drivelines (stock) can only turn so far until the axle shaft falls into the slot in the wheel axle, which then in turn either begins to bind or locks the axle up solid. There is no way you could even get close to the amount of steering the CVD's allow with bones and cups. In the pictures above where the tires are hitting the links, that is with wideners. You could always move your links to the inside of the link mount to gain more clearance.
