well i shure hope that thease are not of the new batch from TTR. i got a set from then last week and found that would not fit, when i installed the hub thay bound up and after calling TTR i found that were manafctured wrong and thay do not know when thay will have this problum fixed. thay can be modified if you have a lathe, if not you will be out of luck. well that is it for now. I recived a phone call from TTR , Dearn in formed me thay have found out what is the problum was, the bearings that i recived with my kit wear the wrong width makeing the axels bind up, thay are in the process of getting the corect width bearings. A big Thank to Thunder Techracing for the fast responce on this problume Last edited by Team Aluminum; 03-20-2007 at 11:06 AM. |

Tried to install my CVD's tonight. I couldn't get the kingpin screws to line up. It does appear that the bearings are a little too wide. :-( Anybody know what the correct size the bearings should be? 8x12x?? Other than that, these axles are sweet. The extra steering I will get is going to be great. Time to grind on the inside of the knuckle arm to get the most out of it Thanks Nathan |

I believe they are made by MIP, maybe you could try contacting them and see if they know what is going on with them? Just a thought |

I would like to have you facilitate the replacement since I purchased them from you. It seems to me it would be easier that way since you have the contacts in the industry Devlin | |

Does the cv's you have in stock have the right bearings with them now? And will the fit in a txt? I see thundertech has two different number for clod and txt?
