i think what he meant was in the posting on how the chassis would be distributed as you have 24hrs to respond or lose your spot. it says nothing about team drivers getting first shot over all those that pre ordered. it would only make sense to me that the team drivers would get them anyways which is something we shouldnt even know about because if there was only 10 and 5 team drivers took some then 5 of the pre order customers just lost out which could cause some discontent amongst certain people since it does take so long to even get any hustler chassis. i'm 7th and really dont expect to get mine this first batch.

Wow, you are 7Th in line and you say you don't expect to get your hustler in the 1st run... Now I'm sad......  I don't post much because everything I ask I'm sure is on the forum somewhere, but I have to ask. How long does it take to get a hustler made and how many hustlers are there in a batch? I'm not familiar with how long the process takes. I'm not even close to 7th. Maybe 14th if I'm lucky. Do you think I'm looking at a month, maybe two? Longer? I'm not impatient,just curious as to when to be expecting the 24 hour notice. I don't want to miss it but in the same breath, I don't want to check my e-mail everyday not seeing the "hustlers are in" e-mail in my in-box. Thanks and please don't verbally beat on me too bad.  peace

im not upset about it either if i am missed the first time but from what i have seen on the hustler it took me several batches before i was able to finally land 1. usually it seems that with the hustlers it was always no more than 7 or 8 and they would dissapear. i know if i was a team driver i wouldnt hesitate to get one of the first ones, especially with that axial west coast challenge less than a month away. i do realize that rcp said they are working on a better way to supply the masses in the future which you cant rush perfection and i know my hustler is incredible in the workmanship which is one of the reasons i jumped at the chance for a 2.2 version. unless carnage is building a crap load of them so maybe they can put out 20+ right away but if not then im still waiting for it.

I'm not patient either, but doesn't it seem that the Hustler chassis supply just CRAWLS onto the shelves then disappears like a bat out of hell from the warehouse. I am 20 something on the list and I would like to have an idea when to check my messages. I do not want to miss my window of opportunity!!! IF YOU NEED SOME HELP MAKING THE CHASSIS, I WILL VOLUNTEER SOME OF MY TIME |

The team drivers have been on the list since before this thread was posted. Hand made chassis take a while to produce and don't come in lots of 100. That is why we started this waiting list. |
