RECON G6 "The Devils Crossing" Las Vegas, NV

All aboard the G-Train. Our next stop is Las Vegas, Nevada. The last time the G-Train was in Sin City was for the Gamblers Paradice RECON G6. Axial Racing debuted the Wraith to the G6'ers in attendance.

Sin City is wicked fun at its best and the G-Train is headed straight to the Devils Crossing RECON G6. It is bound to be two evil stages of scale adventure.


Is Las Vegas ready for the Chicken Bones 250? A RECON Terra-X, The Chicken Bones 250 will round out a weekend of r/c fun under the Vegas sun.

When.....May 4 & 5, 2013
Where...The greater Las Vegas area (exact location TBA 72hrs prior to stage 1 start)
Why......Because we're G6'n Vegas style and you won't know it unless your there; What happens in Vegas....
What....The Devils Crossing RECON G6 & Chicken Bones 250 RECON Terra-X
Lodging...It's Vegas, Baby. Pick you lucky spot. The G-Crew will be under the stars camping. If you would like to join us, our camping is primitive.
G6 Classes

Ultra Drivers....1.9 / 2.2
Adventurists....1.9 / 2.2
RECON Adventure Team....1.9 / 2.2 (Two drivers sharing one truck)


Chicken Bones 250 Terra-X Race

1.9 Class - If you can G6 it, you can race it.
2.2 Class - If you can G6 it, you can race it.
Go Phast Class - SC 2wd / 4wd, EXO, Monster trucks, ect.

A RECON Terra-X race is SC Truck friendly.


G-Fees

All RECON G6 Ultra & Adventurist Classes...$25.
G6'ers 15 & under...$15

All RECON Terra-X Classes...$20. Additional classes $5 each.

All G-Fees can be paid in advanced using paypal, recong6@hotmail.com, please note the event name or city and classes your paying for.


The Devils Crossing G6 Requirements

- A tow strap is mandatory.
- A winch in not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- A spare tire is mandatory.
- 7 scale items is mandatory.
- 5 scale voo doo items is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- Lights on your G-Ride is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
- One light per driver and one light per radio is mandatory.
- Sand Ramps are not mandatory, but highly recommended


The Devils Crossing Stage Intel

- Driver check in starts at 9am.
- Driver Meeting at 10:45am, National Anthem prior to Stage 1 start.
- Stage 2 check in starts at 8pm
- Stage 2 start at 8:45pm
- Two RECON G6 Stages. 1 day stage & 1 night stage.
- 200 +/- Trail Markers per stage.


The Southern Nevada Desert has some of the coolest terrain to drive in the country. Can you make it back from the Devils Crossing RECON G6? We will find out soon enough. I will see you getting your scaler fix, in the Devils Crossing RECON G6!

Primitive camping. No RV hook ups. No fee that I'm aware of.

The G6 is on Saturday. The Terra-X is Sunday. Yes, the same location.
