Recon G6 Hills have eye's G6 in Hot springs Arkansas!!

Hot Springs Orvpark has Rv,camping,cabins..
and hotels nearby!

*$5 gate fee due to Jeep Jamboree.
You will recieve a wristband so you may come and
go in/out of the park as you wish over the weekend.


Drivers Check in..9am-10am
Drivers meeting 10Am-10:30am
G6 start soon after Drivers meeting.

*WE are staging the G6 at the END of the MAIN Rd thru the ORVPARK at the KIDS Zone atv track*
Check in at gate,pay the $5fee,get your wristband and head on down to the Staging area.
Park so traffic(jeeps,4x4)can come thru.


Intel..
Something or someone has been abducting Travelers in the area.
G6'ers will be the Rescue squad sent in to search/recover the missing.
Just don't go missing yourself!

Challenges include.
Build a bridge challenge
sled pull
Dart for time
Lost Animals in the woods

*BUILD A BRIDGE CHALLENGE INFO**
4 - 1in bamboo stalks have been cut to use as bridging. You need to bring whatever,you think you need to complete the challenge to bind the bamboo together. Zipties,twine,wire..extra support for the heavy rigs if your driving one. Do work drivers and be prepared.

You have the choice upon finishing the build a bridge challenge to leave your supplies bound to the bridge for others to use or take your material off and let the next guy rig his own bridge. Everyone is supposed to complete the challenge. Those who didn't read or listen to the event rules/requirements would be getting a free pass on that challenge if others left the bridge built. But,its up to the drivers in the end.



A tow strap is mandatory.
A spare tire is not mandatory, but highly recommended.
A minimum of 5 scale items is mandatory & found on all stock Axial scx10 vehicles.

*Recommended Themed scale items need to be search and rescue related. 5 total.*

Classes.
- 1.55-1.9 Adventurist - All makes and models rolling on 1.55-1.9 scale tires. If you have stretched a 1.9 tire over a 2.2 rim, cool. Just no cut and shuts or comp tires, unless a ya don’t mind a time penalty.

- 2.2 Adventurist - All makes and models rollin’ on big tires! No matter what axles you have them mounted on, if it’s a 2.2 scale tire, this is your class. Showcase those big tires in special 2.2 Adventurist Only sections.

- 6x6 Expedition Class - If you like big rigs and 6 wheel drive, then this class is for you. With a special class only section, your skills are sure to challenged. This class is for 1.9/2.2 tires.

- N-Tow Expedition Class - This class is for 1.9 scale drivers that enjoy pulling a trailer on their scale adventure. It’s not just an empty trailer, there will be some cargo and special driving challenges as well.

- 15 & Under Adventurist - Our young G6’ers to “do work” in.

- Drivin’ Divas - For all the lady drivers of scale adventure.

Got my room booked and I'm getting my rig ready to go

Oh the treats ive got planned for the night stage....




And Ive gotten several msg's about wanting a longer day stage(200+gates,2-3hrs) and harder course then previous years...

Becareful what you wish for!!!

So far we have 40 signed up on Fb page.

We've doubled in attendance every year,if it holds the same..this year we could break 80 drivers!!
That would be a record for RC in Arkansas.

Me and my buddy are coming but have not signed up yet should we sign up ahead of time or can we sign up at the event?

you can sign up ahead of time or at event.

Pre registration is preferred..that way we can get an fairly accurate # of drivers to plan for.


any headlamp will be plenty..

but for your rigs a lightbar from any the great vendors on here would work just fine.

Take all the batteries you have, someone on the course may need one, ya wouldent want someone to not complete because of battery, me after completing g6 at Rausch Creek pa...long day

Added mirrors a roof rack inner fenders a tool box two camping rolls also have the steering wheel just need to add lights and try and find a winch and new bumper lol

Ive made that 6hr drive by myself many times to LRC,Alabama for comps/events.

It's all worth it..
the people you meet,the stories you share,like minded folks who love this hobby!
