Default My shocks are leaking.

Two of them even. No biggie, I bought the cheap RS10 knowing I'd have to eventually replace failing stuff.

I saw that CKRC has a set of aluminum replacement shocks. Price is right. Made me wonder something.

Do RS10 and Axial shocks swap? CKRC was swift, but not as swift as a drive to the hobby shop. I wanna fix them sooner than later. The weather is beautiful today, and I just remade my pile of concrete into the impossible hill from hell. I WANNA PLAY!!

But yeah, they swap right?

pretty much any shock can be interchanged. the stock axial ones are kinda crappy. the caps tend to pop off. just figure out how long of a shock you need and dig around on the net. i run tmaxx shocks on mine. 3racing has a pretty cheap set for the axial. 124mm i believe. they come with internal springs for droop and outer springs for regular. toadz toyz has them. at some point im gonna upgrade mine. not in that big of a rush anyways. other things i want more.

Pretty much any and all aftermarket shocks will fit. One thing to keep in mind, though is shock size. A 4'' shock will work fine, whereas a 90mm shock will be a bit more difficult to fit since they're smaller.

^^ beat me to it haha.

Joke's on me. I ordered a set from ckrc, couldn't find anything I liked at the hobby store.

Then I discovered that the little silver cap had loosened. I tightened it (and the other three, which were also loose) and it's good as new.

Still got new ones coming.
