Question rs10 pinion set screw size allen wrench

Hello my name is Jerry and I am new to rc crawlers and need some info. What size allen wrench does it take to loosen the grub screw on the 380 motor pinion and am I going to need a puller to get it off of the shaft? I dont have a hobby store within 100 miles from me so I cant run in and get tools and parts. I tried a 0.05 sae allen and its to small, I tried a 1.5 mm and that is to big. No one in town has anything else in that size range. Can anyone tell me what and where I can get the tools I need? Thanks. Jerry

your first pick should have done it. you may have stripped it out . Time for the drill . now would also be a good time to order a smaller pinion from ramtech rc . Helps with clod stall .
