If it weren't for bad LUCK I wouldn't have any luck at all So I go to my LHS and pick me a brand new DX3E And I get it home thinkin I'm good to go. 2 hrs later.... Couldn't get the F'en thing to bind. So I take everything back to the LHS and it turns out the on and off switch was a little touchy..... After and an hr there, they get it to bind. I get it home all excited to try it out..... And wouldn't ya know. It wouldn't trun on or power up. I'm takin it back today but whatever the case maybe. This isn't a good start with Spektrum. I know they have a product and I've wanted one of these for a long time now. And this is the experience I get.:flipoff: Like I said.... BAD A$$ LUCK!.... |
Did you use the little battery pack to power up the RX ? I just followed the quick start up guide that came with mine. I binded it first and then installed it. On the RX it has markings for +,-, and signal make sure every thing is plugged in right when installed. And make sure to remove the + wire from the ESC plug if you hooked your BEC back up. |

My mistake I meant RX in my previous post. The RX light will be green flashing during bind and solid when on. Are you talking about the red light on the TX ? |
Is it luck you own a jeep? . . . . .:flipoff: Had to change a radiator on an 01 cherokee classic today, can't say I know how they stay cool with half a radiator for an I6 :ror: |
What do you mean by BIND? |

Ah Thanks. |
same problem I have a dx5e with the a similar problem, had to bind every time and they wouldnt let me return it. I ended up taking tx apart, cutting wires off of switch, binding and taping wires up and leaving them inside housing. f-ck spectrum. |
