Question Banebot motor install info

Newbie here, blah-blah-blah.
I want to install banebots 390's. I read where "they bolt right up." Redcats and ebay replacement motors can be ordered as front or rear. The banebot site only offers one type of 390 motor. Do I still hook the motors up the same as the OEM's? If not, explain how to wire them them up for each end. Maybe i just don't "get it" but it seems that if I buy the same direction banebots, the front will pull forward and the back in reverse???

****don't flame me for another banebot post! I searched the first 50 or so posts under banebot but could not find my answer. Stupid question? Maybe, but I live out in the WV boonies and have no one local to help. ****

Yeah, I know it has 390s of of the box. That was not my question. I asked about the 390 banebots and their correct installation to replace the stock 390s. I've ripped the the wires off a few times and fixed them. I'd rather try something else cuz this is getting old.
I don't want to put down 20 bucks a pop for Redcats when I can replace them with better stuff cheaper. I want to order them and have them ready to go for when the Redcats goes again. Thanks for replying thou.
