Default When is it still a Redcat?

Some of the Redcats on here I see only have a few of the stock parts left.
Everything else is changed.
I guess if you maintain just the axles can you still say it was a Redcat.
What I'm asking is what main part can you consider to be that specific make.
I know I've seen different shocks and chassis, wheels electronics and so on.
Some of the rigs on here I need to look closely to see what actual Redcat part is left on it.
I was just curious what main part you have to keep to still consider it to be a Redcat or any other type of brand.

X2 As long as it has redcat axles, it's a redcat.

Yep, that the way RCC works. Whatever axles are under it, that's what it is.

The way I see it, most of us bought a redcat because we couldn't justify the cost of a Losi or Bully to get started in the hobby. I always wanted to get a nice rc car and modify it to a lower gear ratio to crawl with. One day I saw that they actually made crawlers and I HAD to have one. $400 was a bit too much to drop all at once so the $165 for the rs10 was easier to swallow. At this point all I have left thats redact is the axles (with some axial stuff scabbed on those too) but it was great to build it up and learn in the process. Its a great deal for a complete rig, but once you get hooked you end up needing a little more. More power, control, grip, clearance. Look at the losi forum or ax10 forum, those guys end up replacing almost everything as well, they just spent more right off the bat.
