| http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/searc...archid=4008139 That should help. I don't have any experience with that particular chassis, but based on my experience with other chassis kits, a lot of times you need to either make or buy new links, or do some light modding for it to work well. With that said, take a look at some of those RS10 builds with the Gmade chassis in the link I posted and that should answer your question. In terms of electronics and things like that, you can put those on any chassis you choose. Maybe some guys who are using that chassis will chime in. Good luck. |

I didnt have to swap anything out on mine, it was actually a pretty easy conversion. I love the chassis but it could use some more shock adjustment locations but thats not hard to do

I've made that on mine and I had to change a few things, I removed front bat wing and upper links. You may see it in http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/redca...ll-redcat.html |

| By not turning well do you mean the steering radius sucks, or the servo isn't powerful? The stock servos aren't good at all...so that's likely why it doesn't turn well. These rigs also don't have the best turning radius ever.

| Chassis
My rs10xt axles and electronics are the only thing left that is redcat, switched to the t1e rockshow chassis, lower integy 129mm links 70mm axial upper links, duratrax shocks, there is allways something that has to be modified to fit right when switching to aftermarket chassis, with these moa crawlers its not as difficult, the stock lower links are fine bent 30degs, but i like the green integy look it goes with the axial uppers i run.

| Turning radius
I cut the stops off an filed smooth the axle housing, then went with the aluminum axial knuckles then filed the backside of them also (just alittle)Idid gain some more turning radius, oh an Iam using axial steering linkage it has the offset ends so the linkage dosent hit the front pumpkin housing turning full lock side to side. you can only go so far an the stock wheels rub the shock springs, but yuo can gain alittle more steering with these mods. |
