Default Munster Bug

Iv had my RS10 XT for about a month and have done every free or chep mod i can do so here is my Munster Bug





the next was BTA steering with delirin rod added recently




About 3/4s of an inch removed from the bottom



Locked rear steer



and losi comp claws

a couple of pics of our track







The 3/4 in made a big difference

Looking good. That was a good idea cuttimg off the bottom of the chassis like that.

Thanks I butchered the lower link mount holes but you cant see it so it works out but it makes it a bitch to get the battery out

First time I see the chassis "raised" by taking a section off like that. Good stuff. The sod on top of the bridge is great.

Question - is your rear steer lockout diy or the kit? Can't tell from the photo but the links look like something else.

There diy I used some links from my old exceed buggy and the rod ends are stock from the rs10 and sorry for the bad pics the camera wouldn't focus

Heres a pic of the piece i used i only used the links

Question about the clod stall? What do yo do as far as mod?

If you have the XT model then it already has it I'm not sure about the old model I didn't Know until after I already did it
But its easy to do

Take the two blue wires Strip a 1/4 inch on both close to the esc solder them together slide some heat shrink over the wires
if you don't have a heat gun a lighter will do fine just don't burn the wires and do the same for the yellow

Not sure what you mean I don't Know if it would work better if you just raised the the links but cutting the chassis gave me at least 3/4 of an inch more clearance and it moves the links up hope that helps

Been awhile since i did anything to my bug and i didn't do much bought metal gear servos and my latest mod Bent delrin links





I have are a lot of rubbing at full throw

I also want to do the shock on axle mod but the bta steering is in the way and I want to keep it

any suggestions

I almost forgot I got a 3s 2200 mah lipo and charger on the way

been modding my bug sorry busy with school hopefully my last year
fixed my rubbing issue and i finally got my lipo opted for a 2s instead and took out the electronics tray
