wife made the epic mistake of buying me the redcat for christmas. i recently finished my big boy crawler up and for some reason she thought i needed another toy! i told her it was a huge mistake and so far i was right, this thing has been a blast to mess with. of course i couldn't leave it stock. i slid the shocks out on the links, took the foam out and cut the stock tires, figured the cut couldn't hurt 'em, from what i've read their junk. rear tires front tires so far i couldn't be happier with the stock tires, after the cut, i'm gonna run them for a while. my parents have a pretty sweet spot behind their house in nashville. it's a small pond with river rock piled up Wizzo makin it look easy!!! - YouTube after the stock battery lasting maybe 30 minutes and the servo's not work'n that great, it was time to upgrade. ordered two duratrax 3000mah batteries and a duratrax charger, along with two crawfords servo's and aluminum servo arms now i just gotta find some time and a good place around the house to test out the new upgrades |
