ZNO-RC Customer Support

Hi guys,

I haven't had a chance to get on this forum in a while but I just wanted to let everyone know we are still here supplying the RS10 Community with the unique products specific to the Redcat RS10's. We really appreciate all of our customers and we do what we do because you our customers are great.

If you have any suggestions of parts we can supply you with that we dont already please let us know and we will take all valid suggestions under advisement. We are working hard now on the website to add some more products to support the Crawling Community and the technical support to back you up if you need it.

We look forward to another great year thanks everyone for your support and respect.

I recently placed an order with ZNO-RC. Had some questions about the shipping of my order, I emailed them around 8pm thinking i would hear something the following day and actually got a reply back at 10pm that night! That tells me alot right there. Thank-you ZNO! "thumbsup"

any thoughts on making shock mounting brackets for the 2 holes nearest the tires on the axle. maybe 3 different locations for different lengths of shocks, anodized different colors ???
what about your own brand aluminum shocks 130mm ? i know their not exactly easy to find. mabe 2 being produced now.

I second the shock mount

Shock mounts would be really easy and cheap to produce. If shocks are on the agenda, offer some big bore applications.

Re: ZNO-RC Customer Support

I like the idea of the shock mount and you are right it wouldn't be to hard to produce so I will see if we can draw up some cad ideas and post them up in the next week some time. As far as anodizing we probably wouldn't be able to do anything except black and raw since we don't have a large amount of aluminum parts we produce, colors are a little hard to do since we would need a minumum to get them done.

Thanks for the ideas guys. "thumbsup"

Black and raw would be plenty enough. I was about to make my own with an endmill. So if you can get these out in a timely manner i might just send a hug with my payment. Or a huggies diaper

While were making suggestions...
The larger problem i found with mounting shocks to the axles is shock length. How about derlin side plates that are essentially stock except with shock mount location that entend out closer to the axles.. it would be nice if they weren't so thin so everyone could expeiriment with the elevation they mount their shocks to the chassis..

White derlin is nice because you can dye it.

CVD SHAFTS.

probably the hardest thing to make. But if there's one thing we could still use, Thats it.

Re: ZNO-RC Customer Support

I would be down for a set of those shock mounts and I second The Jackalope's CVD idea. Also, some kind of axle mounted battery tray for those of us who use small lipos wouldn't be a bad thing.

I already made my mounts, but I would definitely be down for CVD's. "thumbsup" And Ditto on the service and products you guys offer. Keep up the great work.

king1282 02-07-2012 04:18 PM

If the cvds are a possibility then make them like all ZNO products 99% indestructible lol
