| NOOB Question
OK Just ordered my RS10XT am very exited expecially after looking through the forums. With what I am reading i am all ready wanting to upgrade to the 540 motors and it isn't even at my house yet. Pardon my ignorance or just lazyness in searching but can anyone tell me what I have to do to mod. Or what aluminumn gearbox I need to order to make the 540 motor work? would just as soon order the gearbox since I am already having to open it up and put the steel gears and pin in anyway. Thanks in advance. |

Yea I just read those. Thank you for the quick links on my thread though so I can reference them when I go to do it. Is there an aluminumn gearbox out there that can replace the platic one? I was hopeing to switch out to aluminumn axles at some point too.

There are no housing upgrades. Really, housing failures are rare.
