wheels rotate opposite!!!

Hi all,

Please don't laugh in the final stages of
my rs10 mods the major being a 540 conversion, upon trying the motors the front wheels are rotating backwards. How can this be when the diffs are fixed and only install one way I am puzzled what have I done!!

Try swapping the motor leads on the opposing motor.

Yep, that's a cable mismatch.

I had the same problem. Switch the + and - on the motor that is spinning the wrong direction. Problem solved.

Thx for the fast response guys yes thats solved the issue, cant thank you enough. once i've completed all the mods prob next week, i will be posting a full report with pics on the forum, The 540 swap was a little challenging at times but managed to do it without any kits ( none in the UK). I'm expecting a big improvement over the stock setup.

Lol, Patience please Redcat, i am awaiting on a part for the 4 link mod once installed i will start the report I will include lots of pics on the full mods and try to detail the 540 swap, its gonna be next weekend prob. Keep checking back looking forward to all your input on my modded RS10.
