Default Chassis mounted servo

I have done the chassis mount swap but I'm wondering what is best for full throw when steering. Does the length of the service horn or steering link make the difference? Maybe angle the servo down a little...not sure any help is appreciated. Thanks

Looks like you put the steering link on the same side knuckle as the servo output shaft? Go to the other knuckle and install a panhard bar. Remove the 4-Link that's on the same side as the servo output shaft.

Attach the panhard bar on the same side of the chassis as the output shaft. Attach it to the axle on the opposite end.

I am considering 3D printing a frame using Carbon Fiber Nylon listed below. Do you think this will work good? If not what material do you recommend?

As long as you print it solid, you should be good. My son ran one with a chassis printed from pla. It was just a test and only had 4 perimeters, 3 top/bottom layers, and 10-15% infill. Still working fine when I switched him to steel, but it flexed.

Actually, wasn't bad. Printing solid will help a lot.
