Default Grease recomendations

I have a Redcat Gen8 and have been seeing alot portal axels without grease. What would be a good grease to put in there also should i use the same grease for the diffs? is grease from a auto store too thick for rc cars?

I just use plain old "marine" grease from Walmart.
