Default Everest 10 tires

First off, I know they suck. I just can't afford new ones right this moment. Here's my question, I've seen guys star cut their foams to soften the tire but still leave it with strength. Will this help my E10?

Honestly, unless you're running tons of extra weight, you don't need foam with the stock tires.
I have found that cutting some of the lugs helps more.

take the foams out the tires are stiff enuff to suport the truck with out foams in them then do some selective trimming and they work ok

there actualy ok tires just not for the e10 they work better on heavy trucks when it gets over 100° out

Not tons but I have been modifying parts to lower the COG and put weight up front. I made a solid brass servo mount that added around .2 lbs (I'm a machinist). Im also working on a brass skid plate/motor tranny mount. That will add weight that will be low and more centralized. I'll try no foam with the extra lbs and add the foam back if I need it. Thanks guys
Which lugs do I cut out of the tires? Any particular?

I've done straight rows across the tread, I've done staggered rows, it really doesn't matter as long as it opens up the space between the rows a bit.
