Default Odering through redcat

Just thought i would post this here. Minor rant, if ordering parts or anything through redcat, be aware, when you select and pay for usps shipping, they do not use usps like they claim, it will ship dhl and take a week or more. When i contacted redcat about this issue, their customer service manager richie, was very rude and blamed it on usps. If they ship dhl, fine, just state that when i pay for shipping. They use 2nd rate shipping providers, are not transparent about it and then get very upset if you call them on it. Just figured id put this here, will be ordering all parts from reputable 3rd parties such as amain from now on. End rant.

It happens. It took a month to get my Maxx. It was shipped to the same wrong address twice and then lost so they had to send me another one. This was FedEx though. What's crazy is it was entered wrong but the address on the tag was correct. I guess they don't read just scan the tag.

I get shipping mistakes, what really blew me away was the way customer support treated me when i inquired about it. Was very pleased with redcat after my warranty claim, but as soon as i dealt with them again it really left a bad taste in my mouth. Lots of ass covering on their part and treating me like im stupid.
