Servo Winch on the Gen 7

Hello!

We started some experiments with a servo winch on our Gen 7 and so far it seems to be working.

Please note that the placement of the servo is not final, it will be placed higher up once we have concluded all the tests and some bits and pieces arrive in the mail.

We used the servo mount from the original Gen 7 front axle which fits (almost) in the bumper mount. We also modified the original Redcat servo so it can rotate freely.

So far we are pleased with the tests as it seems to be very strong.


The bag it's pulling is filled with 16 wheels, 1 radio and 4 batteries plus the car so the weight is about 7,5 kilos.
