where does redcat ship from the online store in usa? Also, do they normally ship quickly?

i was looking to buy something but if they are slow to ship or on the opposite side of the country i will look for somewhere closer

I believe they ship from Phoenix AZ. Originally I thought Tempe AZ but the website says the warehouse is in Phoenix

They are in Phoenix, bit ship dhl mostly, so it does take a while. Im in nm, and it takes 6-8 days. Ive been trying to find everything i can from ebay/amazon, instead of direct from them.

90% of what I wanted, wouldn’t ship to Alaska... we have normal cities... oh and even get mail everyday (that everyone else does) I’ve lived here all m life and that’s one thing I’ve never understood... “we don’t ship to Alaska”.

I get some of it, it costs a little more to shipping here, but if a customer is willing to pay, why not sell the them!

That strange everything i order from redcat ships from Phoenix and usually usps as standard but sometimes FedEx or ups.

I think Amazon is almost all the way shutdown. Something about warehouse personnel and being sick

I looked at Amazon and saw it was going to take a looooong time to get here. Then, looked at directly from RedCat and it was closer to a week door-to-door.

I ordered the Scout on the 25th. It is scheduled (more of an estimate these days) to arrive the 31st. Six days isn't great under normal circumstances... but pretty %$*#ing awesome under current.

yeah, i saw the same thing. i ordered my gen8 axe from amazon and it came in 3 days, the day i received it, i checked again and found that it was 1 month lead time because of the stupid virus.

i ordered the regular gen8 from redcat site and it should arrive tuesday. not sure how i will explain it to my wife though buying 4 trucks in two weeks?

Right?! I work from home all the time. This whole stay-at-home thing is cramping my delivery game.

i have so many trucks (like 20 total), she has no idea what i have and what i dont, normally its easy to slip in a new one, however, with her and i working from home, she will see it arrive. meh:cry:
