Why doesn't RER11817 fit on my P.A.C.K?

Can anyone please refer me to the correct part number for my P.A.C.K..... Ordered RER11817 and it doesn't fit. Thanks ahead.

don't know if i'm right,but you might have to use them with the Rer11821 shafts
