|  Will these 2.2 tires fit my rims?
Hi all, Newbie here. I bought a Redcat Everest 10 last month and have been addicted ever since. I love the aggressive tread on these Duratrax Showdowns and want to go with the 2.2 instead of the 1.9. Will the 2.2 fit my stock bead lock rims? If not i will buy them premounted with the glued rims. Thanks! |

the stock everest 10 wheels are 2.2 beadlocks so yes a 2.2 tire will fit something to think about the e10 rims are vary wide compared to most wheels and there not the most durable wheel out there Last edited by ferp420; 03-04-2021 at 09:44 AM. |

If you want a decent 2.2 wheel other than your stockers I can recommend the GMade GT02 2.2. It's pretty wide, hardware is good, fit is good, so far seems to be pretty durable as far as the hex area holding its shape.

Thanks! Do beadlock rims require any sort of glue to keep them water tight?

No glue needed. Agree about the stock Everest 10 wheels. They don't hold up well to taller/grippier tires and tend to round out the hex.
