| Redcat Gen 8 6x6
I was up to 5 redcats so I decided to go with a 6x6 and combined 2. I cut off the frame about 6mm from the back of the rear shock towers. I disassembled the other truck and cut out parts of the frame to use as the mount for the mini skid I cut from the other gen8. Sent from my Vivo XI+ using Tapatalk |

After I had the rear axle mount welded up and figured, I cut a piece of Gen 8 frame and attached it to the rear. Mounted up the shock towers and installed the 2nd transfer case. I used a shaft I had from a different transfer case and made the top little transfer case gear shaft go all the way through. Trimmed up the skid a little for drive shaft clearance and attached the shaft to the rear transfer case. Not using the body in the picture, I have something else in mind. A little more work done. Put on the inner fenders and getting everything ready for the body. I took it out for a drive and it's so fun. Can't wait to get it done. Sent from my Vivo XI+ using Tapatalk |

Are you kidding me, that chopped Scout body looks cool on there mg. Rough perhaps, but there is a definite charm in it. Besides it’s matches that demolished six pack of Bud Light ... Cool build, nice to see your projects are still flowing. As I commented on your YouTube channel, you are single handedly keeping Redcat current in the scaler market with this 6X6 build. |

The flares suit it. They look heavy duty

Tinkered after lunch a bit and got a little more done. Thinking I'm going to work on a dog house for behind the cab next. Still not 100% sure on the end product yet but it's coming along. Sent from my Vivo XI+ using Tapatalk |
