Default FC 1 Ver. 2 - New Pics! RS10 + Gmade R1

Here's some new pics.

Hot Racing 120mm Air Shocks (Made the Tube Chassis ride higher, better articulation.)
LED Lights. 2 pointing forward 2 down to light the trail and 2 red in the back for orientation when going far out into the field.
Krylon Fusion Metallic Silver paint on body panels.
Gmade Decals.

I'm still working out the bugs, I'll post a video of the new shock setup.

I like the HR Air Shocks very much, but I keep changing the springs inside. It seems that when I manipulate the shocks by hand, they take forever to return to their "neutral" position. Out on the rocks they work very well but I'm used to the oil shocks with the external springs returning instantly. Could there be something wrong with my shocks or is this normal with "air" shocks?

Tell me what you think.

I've read that some guys have lubed the little o-rings inside those air shocks with something like green slime, or even a little shock oil since they can stick a little and slow the shocks down. That could be the issue you're running into. Either way, it's worth a shot.

Let me start by saying , you just one me over on the Gmade . I believe this is the first time I liked the look of the bat wing on the axle . It really goes well with this chassis . But strength wise , how well does it hold up ? Have you had any issues ? I will be building my first moa soon (with RS-10 axles). I hope you dont mind , but I plan to rob a few ideas from you . Thanks for the pics of an awesome looking rig . I dont comp , so the right look is important .

Love the car. You did a great job. Still not a big fan of the wings.
