well todays comp went great, i placed 3rd. (we wont tell anyone that there was only 3 pro rigs on course today, it'll be our little secret.)

i think one of the other guys got some photos of my rig and i got some video footage which i will edit and post up later this week.

the cvd's worked well and are a huge improvment, and to prove im not bullshiting here are a couple of teaser shots.

ready to go for the comp.

full right to full left.

see im not bullshiting

Looks like plenty of steering. How much angle you think you're getting?

I'm pretty sure not certain though that he has used wraith cvd's and ax10 knuckles.

Not wraith cvd's but 2 x long venom creeper ones (they have a long and short one) there were the cheapest option. Now that I have proved the concept I will look into using acc/ax10 cvds next time for a better quality part.

Max steering from lock to lock is a little over 90 deg.

The knuckles in the pic were only for mounting. I'm now useing vanquish products 0 Ackerman knuckles for the scx/ax10.

I'm guessing you put a pin in the end of the axle for the spur.

This is an old thread. I don't think he has this rig anymore. But basically he cut a CVD to length then drilled a hole and added a pin for the spur.
