|  Rcr-2c transmitter
The green light still blinks off and on at a steady pace. I have looked up why and have not come to a conclusion. Some said low voltage,others say its in "bind mode". I have tried fresh AA and even different brand battery's from cheap to expensive . Also have tried to re-bind with no change after many retries(with directions from youtube). I had looked to see if there is a manual for the transmitter, ending up empty handed.
