**To my Valued Customers/Friends PLEASE READ**
 
1st of all I want to thank all of my great friends and customers for giving Rpp Hobby your support for another Great year! 2011 Was awesome!

I have been going through some health issues with my back and on January 23rd I was put down so bad I have been on unable to do anything but lay on my back since then. So I have been away from the shop. I am still working from my lap top and making the needed phone calls best I can. I am going in for back surgery January 19th, I will not be well enough to get back to the shop until Early February possibly.

My crew is doing an outstanding job keeping things going! I have been away the last 2 weeks and most would not even know with the exception of those calling to solely deal with me. I am trying my best to handle all E mails personally myself, If I can not get to them my people will handle it.

I have turned off taking PM's here and request you sending E mails to ourservicerocks@rpphobby.com so that I know you will get a response as I can not do a good job of taking PM's and forwarding to my people.

So if some notice a lapse in how I have been handling things in the past please know this is not intentional and I will be back up to pace as soon as possible.

Your crew is defently doing a great job keeping things running smooth, talked to them on the phone yesterday and heard the news...get well soon.

They were texting/sametime you to get the answers to my questions.

I haven't said it before, but of all the vendors I've bought from over the last four or five months (just got back into the hobby), RPP Hobby has provided the best most consistent service.

Corey, if there is anything John or I can do to help you out don't be afraid to call, you have both of our numbers.

Take the time to get healed up right, you don't wanna end up screwing something up after surgery.

Corey I dont know you personally. But I have ordered a few things through your website. I can say the service is absolutley outstanding. If all businesses took a lesson in service from you the world would be a happy place.

You obviously have outstanding staff as they continue the service everyone has come to expect.

I wish you all the best in your search for comfort. Remember rest up and dont rush back into it. You only get one chance with your health.

Right in Corey, Im sorry to hear it has gotten much worse. But glad you night if found a way to somewhat get it taken care of.

Aw dang Corey...I'm sorry to hear that its gotten bad enough for surgery. I know you've been dealing with back problems for awhile now. Please rest and do what the doctors tell you for recovery! Thanks for the stellar company you've built! RPP is the BEST!

RPP is an outstanding vendor!!! Just this morning, Corey personally notified me that he would be stocking a couple parts he didnt previously carry so i could order all my stuff from one place. he already had em on the next order, and had em up on the site immediately... cant ask for much more than that... especially since i just asked him about getting them last night...

Hope all goes well with the surgery and recovery. keep up the great work..."thumbsup"

and P.S. for all the Wraith owners, the parts i requested he carry, are 32P spur gears from Duratrax. both 56T and 60T. they should be in soon...
